SVW has a wealth of construction experience in the areas of design-build, construction management and general contracting. The targeted customer base for this field is also financial institutions and government agencies.

Design-Build

Security Vault Works provides Design-Build services to its clients. The Design-Build practice is similar to the Turnkey Installation vendor role for ATM installations where a single source has responsibility for all aspects of a project from concept to construction.

The "all aspects" with Design-Build includes providing the architectural and engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction and the installation of all furnishings.

Construction Management

Security Vault Works also provides Construction Management services acting as the designated agent for an owner to manage his or her entire construction project. Where Design-Build is all encompassing from concept to construction, Construction Management is focused just on construction and includes bidding out work to General Contractors, coordinating other vendors and ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the architectural and engineering drawings.

General Contracting

Finally, SVW provides General Contracting services. We will bid on construction projects and, if awarded a project, will complete the work in a very professional manner.

In addition to providing these construction services directly to clients, these rich resources are also available to support other projects, such as large ATM rollout projects requiring such expertise. The value added benefit with SVW is that in most cases, internal resources complete the major trades.
